This is a chance to hear what they exactly do in their daily business, what kind of students they are looking for and how they will exam you students directly from the exact people who are in the recruiting group of the company. You will also be able to ask questions and receive answers from them.

Because company staffs from respective departments conduct interviews at this JOB FESTA, look up information about the company you are interested in and be prepared to appeal your knowledge and skills. Especially when it comes to technical words and knowledge, be sure you can explain yourself in both Japanese and English.
Companies may also evaluate your ability to absorb and retain now knowledge, as well as your existing knowledge in the field. It is very important for you to be able to objectively evaluate your own current skills and show them how passionate you are about the job.

Does it cost me a fee?
No, the JOB FESTA is free of charge.
Do I need to apply for the participation to the FESTA?
Yes, you MUST make a reservation in advance. Check our website to reserve your place for the FESTA.Click here to register.
How can I check my reservation?
Log in on “Works Japan Global” and click “participation history”. You will be able to check your reservation status.
How good does my Japanese has to be?
Your Japanese ability is higher desirable.
However, due to the different standards for companies to adopt,firstly, please join to the event.
Please ask you to companies.
Can I join the FESTA even if I have some professional job experience?
Yes, you can participate.
However, you need to be currently a student of an university or a graduate school.
Will the seminars (and explanations) in the booth be done in Japanese?
Yes, seminars are held in Japanese. There are some cases in the past, in which seminars were held both in English and in Japanese, but in most cases it will be in Japanese only.
What should I bring?
Printed reservation sheet (with QR-code) and something to write with

Suit style is required for this FESTA.
Is the Internet and printing service available at the FESTA?
Unfortunately we do not provide the Internet service. We do not have the printer, either.
Can you introduce me to a hotel nearby?
It is better for you to search by yourself. However, if you need our help, please send us an inquiry and we will be happy to send you links to websites where you can make a reservation.
Can I leave the luggage while attending the event?
No, we do not have the cloakroom in the place.
